Welcome Center

Visit us at 24 Marshall Street, South Norwalk, CT. We're on the corner of N. Water Street and Marshall Street in the first floor of the Lock Building.

The Walk Bridge Welcome Center is a community space devoted to partnering with the SONO and greater Norwalk community about the Walk Bridge Program. Welcome Center visitors are invited to speak one-on-one with Program representatives, experience our virtual reality demonstration, and review program materials highlighting the integrated infrastructure improvement projects encompassed by the Program.

The Walk Bridge Welcome Center hours of operation:

  • Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Thursday 12:30 - 4:30 PM

Program Presentations

The Program is happy to host you or your organization for a formal presentation outlining information about project scope, schedules, benefits, design, and construction. Presentations can be tailored based on your interests, including overviews of the CP243 Interlocking, the Danbury Branch Dockyard, the Fort Point Street Bridge Replacement and road realignment, the East Avenue Bridge Replacement and roadway improvements, and the Osborne Avenue bridge replacement.
