The Connecticut Department of Transportation is applying to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for an updated Structures, Dredging and Fill and Tidal Wetlands and 401 Water Quality Certificate for the Walk Bridge Replacement Project, Permit. No. 201909990-TWSDF.

Structures, Dredging and Fill, and Tidal Wetlands Permit and Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Walk Bridge Replacement Project

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is applying to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for a Structures, Dredging and Fill, and Tidal Wetlands Permit and Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Walk Bridge Replacement Project, pursuant to:  Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) Section 22a-32, to conduct regulated activities in tidal wetlands; CGS Section 22a-361, to conduct work in tidal coastal or navigable waters of the State; and 33 U.S.C. Section 1341 (401 Water Quality Certification), to conduct an activity which may result in a discharge to certain waters of the State.
