Traffic Impacts
Osborne Avenue: Closedunder the Railroad Bridge between Rowan Street and Fort Point Street thru March 2025. Detour as signed. Pedestrian
and bicycle access maintained.
Fort Point Street: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Alternating traffic patterns between Fort Point Street, Moore Place and South Smith Street.
Fort Point Street: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Southbound traffic detoured via Reynolds Street and South Smith Street as part of the Eversource Transmission Relocation as part of the Eversource Transmission Relocation Project.
East Avenue: Monday – Friday, from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Alternating one-way traffic between Fort Point Street and Fitch Street.
Marine Activity
Norwalk River: Intermittent eastern channel closure. West channel remains open to marine traffic.

Norwalk Train Station: ADA compliant temporary platform installed for commuters.
Parking
Osborne Avenue: Beginning 7:00 PM on Friday, March 21 - 7:00 AM on Sunday, March 23. No on-street parking on Osborne Avenue between Fort Point Street and the railroad bridge.
East
Norwalk Train Station: Parking is reduced at the East Norwalk Train Station for station
improvements. Additional parking is available for commuters at 180 East Avenue.
