Traffic Impacts
Strawberry Hill Avenue: Closed under the railroad bridge between Fitch Street and Winfield Street. Detour as signed. Pedestrian and bicycle access maintained. Roadway closed to traffic through November 2025.
Fort Point Street: Monday – Friday, from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Alternating traffic patterns on Fort Point Street between South Smith Street and Moore Place.
South Smith Street: Monday - Friday, from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. One-way alternating traffic with single-lane and street parking closures on South Smith Street, between Fort Point Street and Reynolds Street.
East Avenue: Monday – Friday, from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Alternating one-way traffic between Olmstead Street and Winfield Street.
N. Water Street: Monday, November 3 and Friday, November 7, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Alternating one-way traffic between Marshall Street and Washington Street.
Marine Activity
Norwalk River: Intermittent channel closures east and west. One channel remains open to marine traffic during intermittent closures.

Day and Overnight Work at the WALK Bridge: Monday - Saturday, 24 hours, non-stop.
