The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing East Avenue will be closed under the railroad bridge between Fort Point Street and Winfield Street from Monday, March 11 to Sunday, March 31, 2024, for Frontier to install new utility conduits. The Frontier utility installation is part of the advance utility work to underground utilities in the area in preparation for the new East Avenue Railroad bridge replacement and roadway improvements.
